Dear guest,

Thank you for visiting us! We look forward to receiving you.

We would like to inform you about our cancellation policy in advance if you have booked with us in times of corona.

Regarding your booking, the RECRON conditions apply. This means that you, as a holiday maker, pay a compensation to us in case of cancellation. This amounts to

  • in case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;
  • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price
  • in case of cancellation within two to one months before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;
  • in case of cancellation within one month before the commencing date, 90% of the agreed price
  • in case of cancellation on the day of commencement 100% of the agreed price.

Corona and the accompanying measures are no longer a surprise. The above RECRON conditions shall be applied in all cases. This also applies:

  1. If you want to cancel because: the composition with which you come is no longer allowed.
  2. Or you or one of your travel companions has complaints.
